Whole Grain and full of flavour. Buckwheat is a fast-growing, herbaceous annual plant most famous for its triangular, edible seeds. Despite its name, it is not related to wheat and is not a cereal grain; rather, it is a broadleaf pseudocereal closely related to rhubarb and sorrel.

 

***Milled on the same stone-mill as gluten/wheat products so not certified gluten-free.

 

Best for pancakes, noodles, cookies, add to other flours for flavour.
