This protein filled brownie bar will hit your protein needs whether you are enjoying after a workout or need a fulfilling snack. High in protein, fibre and low in sugar this bar is a healthy treat! Taste the flavours of Stone Bridge Flour.
Recipe: Add ¾ cup of peanut butter (or alternative: almond, cashew, or nut free options), 1/3 cup of maple syrup or honey, 1 ½ cups of milk (or dairy free alternative), 1 ½ tsp of vanilla and 1 tbsp of lemon juice to a medium bowl and mix until combined. Slowly stir in contents of pouch until all the dry ingredients are combined. Pour mixture into a 9x13” pan, lined with parchment paper. Level out the batter. Bake 25-30 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven until toothpick comes out clean. Cut once cool and enjoy!
