This sweet & irresistible Sugar Cookie Mix is a wonderful addition to your cookie making! Simple to make, icing or not, taste the flavours of Stone Bridge Flour.

 

Recipe: Add ¾ cup of softened butter, 1 egg and 2 tsp of vanilla to a stand mixer (or bowl and use hand blender) to blend for 3 mins until creamed. Add contents of pouch and mix to combine. Dough will be soft, if sticky, add more flour. Make a ball and roll out the dough ¼” thick. Cover dough tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 2 days. Remove dough, use desired cookie cutters and bake at 350°F for 11-12 mins until slightly golden. Remove, cool and ice with your favourite colours of icing. Enjoy!
